The current issue of the International Feminist Technoscience Journal collects articles on the theme of Cooperation Processes. This issue lay the foundation for IJFT and its formulated missions. Giger and Trojer give a frame for open peer review as well as a concrete suggestion, upon which this journal is built. Koltzenburg brings us closer - both theoretically and practically - to the issue of how to build recognition in open scientific web publishing from feminist technoscientific perspectives.

The theme of this issue is further strengthen in an articel about Actor Network Theory and after in the context of information technology. Cooperation processes within an environment for distributed knowledge processes and technology development is reflected upon from situated experiences in an evolving innovation system as well as in the light of a European context.
